Firstly, it expounds the relevant theories of music rhythm teaching, including constructivist learning theory, multiple intelligences theory, and the cognitive and psychological characteristics of primary school students. Secondly, it analyzes the methods and cases of applying creative games in primary school music rhythm teaching. Thirdly, it uses SWOT analysis to examine the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of applying creative games in music rhythm teaching. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to address existing problems, aiming to provide reference for primary school music teachers, thereby enhancing primary school music rhythm teaching and improving students' musical abilities.
